His expertise spans corporate strategy, entrepreneurship, M&A integration, and organisational execution. Chuck advises EMIR clients on building practical, growth-oriented strategies, aligning leadership teams around execution, and embedding strategic discipline across complex organisations.
Chuck has led and advised senior leadership teams across more than 170 organisations, working closely with executives to ensure strategy is not only well-designed but effectively implemented. Earlier in his career, he led both M&A and corporate training groups, experience that continues to inform his applied, execution-focused approach to strategy and organisational alignment. His work consistently emphasises clarity, accountability, and leadership ownership as the foundations of successful strategy delivery.
Alongside his advisory work, Chuck is a highly respected academic and thought leader in strategy and entrepreneurship.
