Her expertise spans customer strategy, revenue growth, and commercial performance, with a focus on helping organisations translate marketing and digital capability into measurable business outcomes. She advises clients on scaling growth, improving acquisition and retention, and aligning commercial strategy with execution.

Lizzy began her career with global organisations including Heineken, Diageo, and UEFA, where she led large-scale marketing and brand initiatives across multiple markets. Her work combined brand positioning with a disciplined focus on market share, revenue growth, and long-term customer value. She has since worked closely with founders, CEOs, and investors, including private equity-backed businesses, supporting organisations through periods of growth, transformation, and operational change. 

Her experience includes serving as Interim Growth Director at Deliveroo, where she led growth, marketing, and customer strategy in the UAE ahead of its IPO, and as consultant CEO of FARMBOX within Yas Holding, where she led the business end-to-end, restructuring operations and overseeing its successful sale.
