As Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo Middle East, Aamer successfully led a $3.5 billion portfolio across 12 countries, achieving double-digit growth, expanding market share, and unifying food and beverage operations into a single unit. His tenure was marked by global recognition for product innovation, top customer satisfaction rankings in the UAE and KSA, and region-leading talent development. Previously, as President of PepsiCo Middle East, North Africa & Pakistan, he led operations across 18 countries, and as CFO of Asia, Middle East & North Africa, he managed a $6 billion portfolio, driving strategic divestments and acquisitions for sustainable growth.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and graduate of Loyola University Chicago, Aamer refined his leadership through executive programs at Harvard and Wharton. With over a decade of Board experience with PepsiCo Joint Ventures and as Chair of the U.S.-Saudi Business Council, he has solid governance credentials. Recognised for leadership and business transformation, Aamer was named one of Arabian Business’s Top 50 CEOs (2023) and included in Dubai’s Top 100 People to Know (2024).
