As CEO of Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions, Khaled spearheaded the creation of a modern shared services organisation, delivering $100 million in annual value and driving operational transformation across 17 countries. In his previous role as CEO of Majid Al Futtaim Ventures, he led strategic acquisitions and market expansions, including securing a dominant position in Saudi Arabia’s cinema sector and generating substantial shareholder returns. Earlier, as CFO for General Electric in the Middle East and Africa, Khaled played a pivotal role in shaping GE’s regional growth strategy and building integrated financial and operational systems across 25 countries.

Khaled is recognised for his expertise in corporate governance and holds a Diploma in Corporate Governance. He is fluent in English, French, and Arabic and holds an EMBA from London Business School and a Master’s in Economics from Lyon II University.
