Little, Monitor Group, and Dubai Holding, where she specialised in strategy, transformation, and new ventures. With her extensive expertise, Sara offers advisory services encompassing strategic insights, transformational leadership, public policy, and family business governance.

In recent years, Sara’s leadership has been instrumental in elevating the Family Business Council Gulf (FBCG) to unprecedented heights. FBCG, a private non-profit network serving influential GCC-owned family groups, now stands as the foremost private forum and knowledge powerhouse in the GCC dedicated to addressing the intricate nuances of family businesses. Under Sara’s visionary guidance, FBCG achieved remarkable milestones, including the pioneering development of the region’s inaugural Governance Code tailored for GCC family enterprises, a seminal work that has shaped industry practices.

Sara’s visionary leadership extended further with her instrumental role in launching the first-ever global venture builder program, Thabat, a pioneering private-public partnership led by the UAE Ministry of Economy. Beyond her professional commitments, Sara actively contributes to the development of the startup ecosystem in the MENA region, generously offering her insights and mentorship to early-stage ventures. Furthermore, she holds the esteemed position of chairing the volunteer body of the Tufts Admissions Network in the Middle East.

Sara holds an MSc with Distinction from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), UK, underscoring her commitment to academic excellence. She also boasts a BA with Summa Cum Laude honours in international relations and economics from Tufts University, USA.
