Membership Sales Manager / Senior Manager

HOW YOU WILL LEAD

EMIR is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Membership Sales Manager / Senior Manager to join our elite team at Boardroom by EMIR. This is a high-impact, Dubai-based hybrid role. You will work closely with Regional Network Directors to drive revenue growth through new membership sales and member retention strategies while supporting the development of an exceptional executive network for the region’s most influential leaders.

You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our senior-level network, directly engaging with CEOs and high-level decision-makers, and contributing to the growth of the Middle East’s most exclusive and influential intelligence network for CEOs, government officials, and other high achievers.

The ideal candidate will have a consultative sales background, a deep understanding of the Middle Eastern business landscape, and a passion for managing high-level client relationships.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

  • Lead and manage the full membership sales pipeline, from initial outreach to deal closure, across priority markets. Ensure consistent growth by engaging high-level prospects and closing high-value membership opportunities in alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct high-impact sales meetings and calls with CEOs and senior decision-makers, effectively positioning the value of EMIR’s exclusive membership offering to drive conversions at the highest levels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead-generation tactics and implement compelling follow-up strategies that nurture prospects and maximise conversion success.
  • Drive member retention and satisfaction by developing and executing renewal strategies that ensure seamless member experiences and sustained engagement.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with existing members, identifying upsell opportunities and proactively addressing their evolving needs to enhance loyalty and long-term value.
  • Optimise the sales process by improving lead follow-up protocols, streamlining workflows, and eliminating bottlenecks to accelerate conversion rates and enhance pipeline efficiency.
  • Partner with marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new members and to continuously improve engagement initiatives.
  • Leverage CRM tools such as HubSpot to track sales performance, monitor pipeline health, and report on key metrics, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and drive revenue growth (without full CRM ownership).
  • Support data-driven decision-making by analysing conversion trends, identifying performance gaps, and contributing to the refinement of lead nurturing and engagement strategies.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Extensive B2B Sales Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B and/or consultative sales, ideally within membership organisations, executive networks, or professional services/consulting environments.
  • Middle Eastern Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Middle Eastern business landscape, with an established network of senior decision-makers and influencers to drive strategic business growth.
  • Consultative Sales & Account Management Expertise: Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives through a consultative sales approach, while effectively managing accounts and driving value through tailored solutions.
  • Process-Driven Sales Approach: Strong skills in optimising sales workflows, improving lead management, and refining the sales process to enhance efficiency, conversion rates, and client experience.
  • Executive-Level Engagement: Comfortable and confident in engaging with CEOs and C-suite executives, leading high-impact conversations that convert prospects into long-term members and partners.
  • CRM & Sales Analytics Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM tools such as HubSpot to track pipeline performance, analyse sales data, monitor conversion metrics, and support data-driven sales strategies (without full CRM ownership).
  • AI Tools: Proficiency in leveraging AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation platforms) to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision-making.
  • Results-Oriented & Proactive Mindset: Highly adaptable and self-motivated, with a goal-oriented approach and a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, strong presentation skills, and the interpersonal finesse to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. A postgraduate qualification is a plus.
  • This role may require frequent travel to countries that grant entry based on a valid Schengen or US visa, or to passport holders with visa-free access. Therefore, candidates must hold a valid multiple-entry Schengen or US visa, or a passport that allows visa-free travel to these destinations, to meet the travel requirements of the role.
